Jamille "Jay" Wilson
President & Chief Executive Officer
Jay Wilson is a visionary leader and seasoned management consultant with over 10 years of experience in government administration and consulting. His extensive background spans roles as an Administrator in multiple government sectors, including the U.S. Department of State, the State of Maryland, and the Baltimore City Mayor’s Office. Through these roles, Jay has honed his expertise in key areas such as procurement, contract administration, financial compliance and analysis, and policy advisement and development. As a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, Jay has continuously cultivated leadership skills that have empowered him to mentor others in public service, creating a ripple effect of positive change throughout his teams and organizations. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy and a Master's Degree in Global Affairs and Human Security from the University of Baltimore, equipping him with both the theoretical knowledge and practical tools to address complex challenges in governance and global security.
